Å se på mobilen eller nettbrettet har for nakken tilforlatelig mye til felles med å lese en bok, bygge lego, sykle, gjøre lekser, tegne, spille sjakk, lage mat, legge kabal, gjøre hjertekirurgi osv i det uendelige. Men har du hørt om kardiolog-nakke? Lego-nakke? Lekse-nakke? Legge-kabal-nakke? Arkeolog-nakke? Lakkere-negler-nakke?"

For å betre & eventuelt reversere diabetes 2 tyr ein ofte til kaloriunderskot, vektnedgang & aukt fokus på matvalg.

Det som er særs interessant her er at sjølv om forsøkspersonane vart tvinga til å ete så mykje dei orka , og ein ikkje låg i kaloriunderskot, vart diabetes 2 reversert. Dette gjennom ein plantebasert kost. 

Eit plantebasert kosthold har sine fordelar & ulempar. Det studien understreker er at mat kan vere rein medisin.
